Change 6 Back Order?

After the debacle with the charge 5, I reluctantly ordered the 6th.  Says it was back ordered ans should be all good by early June...well here we are almost July. And still nothing. Have asked for any updates and it is just "we'll send an email when it ships...." have lost all faith in this company. Anyone else having the same issues now?

It’s been a week since I ordered the Charge 6 and haven’t received delivery email, just order number. When I look up the order number it doesn’t even auto populate.

I also was a bit apprehensive about ordering Charge 6.  After going through problem with Charge 5 not keeping charge along with 100’s maybe 1000’s of other Charge 5.  I was hoping to get my new Charge 6 sooner than later as it was already June and I ordered mine 6/13.  Very disappointed 😔.  I miss my working Charge 5.

Yeah I am too. Ordered 6/15. Still says "Received". I reached out to customer support a couple days ago and spoke to a Julian who told me they didn't have any specific dates available nor did they know how many orders were on backorder. I just now checked the Fitbit site and tried to add a new one in the cart and it says delivery July 1-2 so we'll see. 

Unfortunately I'm tempted to end my 8 year relationship with Fitbit if it doesn't get shipped out soon. I have a Charge 5 that is on its way out. We shall see.

I ordered my Charge 6 on  Amazon on 6/17 and received it 6/18.

Yes, same boat.  I ordered mine near the end of June, and it's been almost a month.  Amazon has them in stock for Prime Day this week for 20% off.  I received 35% off because my Charge 5 screen died which is a known issue for them.   Now I wonder if I even want another Fitbit with the lack of support and communication.  How does Amazon have them in stock but Google/Fitbit does not?

I ended up getting mine on 7/2. I got a notification the week before they were shipping it out. It's obviously a little smoother and some of the clock faces are sweet but it's working properly so I'm not complaining. Hoping you guys get yours soon

Finally got mine after over a month. Too a week to arrive after receiving the email that it shipped. They refuse to give an additional 6 months of premium for the issues...I will certainly cancel after th trial period. Still not feeling warm fuzziness about things.

Wondering if I should cancel my order?  This is what I received over the weekend:

Not feeling like a valued customer at all.  No apologies or anything to make me feel excited about my Fitbit.  Some companies are tongue in cheek when addressing customers about their orders. I'm just not finding a decent alternative, and Google knows they have us where they want us.

This is BS! I ordered mine end of June and it said ships in July. I have text with support 2x and now the email I received yesterday says they are still on backorder. This will be my 5th fitbit. I'm about to give them the finger.
