In the last week my battery has completely drained in 5 hours. I've only had the tracker since Christmas of this year. I have changed nothing as far as settings or apps. Before this problem the tracker would last 5 days. This is a problem that will seriously impact in weather I will stick with the fitbit name. This is my fifth fitbit purchase since 2016. It's alot of money to spend to have big problems like this. Oh and please remember that over a week ago everything was going fine so nothing has changed in my routine so don't say it's in my charging oe the contacts are not clean. Please help me with this issue.

Hello @Bryguy73
When my Charge 5 battery started rapidly dropping in power, I restarted it then immediately put it on the charger. I did this multiple times over several days. This process eventually got my device "unstuck" and the battery went back to lasting 6-7 days. Although there's no guarantee that this will work for your Charge 6, it might be worth a try.
If the battery continues to rapidly drain, you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link) to find out what are your options under warranty.

Seems I have this exact issue, did the suggested restart and charge regime do anything to help? I'm loosing about 30% battery in 6 hours at the moment 😞

Exactly the same here. Everything was fine until it wasn't. Suddenly I have a whole 6 hours instead of 6 days.
