Changing exercise modes after finishing one session

How do you change to a different exercise mode after tapping Done on the mode you are on.  For example: I am on Bike, tapped Done, but I can't get off Bike to go to a different mode.

@egbrown48 Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out about the exercise app on your Fitbit Charge 6.

I will be happy to help you change exercise modes. When you are done and have finished the training session on the Fitbit Charge 6, swipe right to go back to a previous screen. You can also press the button to return to the clock screen and open the training app to select your new training type.

Thank you, but that doesn't seem to work. When I swipe right I get notifications, when I press the button & return to the clock screen then try to go back to the training app, I just get the bike again. I can' seem to go back to the list of  training apps.

I can't go to Exercise. I can't get off the Bike mode. On my Versa 2, when
I tapped Done, it automatically went to Exercise, then I could choose a new
exercise.

Hello @egbrown48

It sounds like your Charge 6 is stuck on Bike, which is not normal.

Have you tried doing a restart on your Charge 6? You can restart from the device's Settings menu or by using the charging cable that came with your Charge 6. If you would like instructions on how to do this, see page 53 of the Charge 6 manual (<-- click link).

Hopefully, this will get your device "unstuck" so the Exercise app will work properly.
