Charge 6 - App Display Issues

My App is not displaying 

  • distance,
  • calories
  • hourly activity 

also issues with logging activities such as runs when I start them on the App. 
Once again nothing but trouble with Fitbit I want to scream

same for me.  Any word on why?

Unfortunately nothing from Fitbit, I am not holding my breath their product support is very poor.

I contacted Fitbit on X and they suggested I reload the App. 
I deleted the Fitbit app and reinstalled it, this has solved my problem- the graphs are back

Our team is aware of this and still working on a fix. I will post any updates about this situation.

Could you please confirm if you tried to uninstall / reinstall the app ? This one time exception workaround worked for some user as explained by @Sneddoh . 

Please remember to:

  • Logout.
  • Uninstall.
  • Reinstall.
  • Login.
