Hi @Travelann, thank you for your response and for the clarification.

In this case, make sure your Fitbit app is up to date. See How do I use the Fitbit app?How do I update the Fitbit app?

If the issue persists, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app as this has worked for other members. In addition, Make sure to sync your Fitbit device prior uninstalling the app.

Rebooting your mobile also ensures the Fitbit app will work correctly. Thank you in advance for this steps.

Thank you, David, I’d found this solution …. but … it consistently says “something went wrong unable to load your goals”, Can you help me another way?

I’d prefer to have my dashboard back. That worked!
