I had to restart my phone as it was originally hooked up to my old phone. I uninstalled the fitbit app and reinstalled. Since then my clock face has turned squiggly white instead of the orange and white squiggly numbers. To get the coloured one I have to press the side button to get the coloured letters up and my heart rate and steps but then it goes back to white numbers which I don't like. I've tried changing the clock face but it still reverts back to white. Please help me get my nice orange and white squiggly numbers with my heart rate and steps on the front. I think with pressing the button it is running my battery down.

Hello @YC-3011
I hope I'm understanding your issue correctly: You transferred your Charge 6 from your old phone to your new phone. You uninstalled and re-installed the Fitbit app on your new phone. After transferring your Charge 6 to your new phone, the clock face is showing only white numbers, not the colored ones like you had when your Fitbit was connected to your old phone. You've tried switching clock faces, but you still get only white numbers. Is that correct?
This looks to me like an issue with your Charge 6 and not the Fitbit app. Have you already tried restarting your Charge 6 after transferring it to the new phone?
If restarting your Charge 6 didn't fix the display, one troubleshooting step that I can think of trying is removing your Charge 6 from the Fitbit app, then adding it back as a new device. This action might clear out the problem that is causing the display to show only white numbers. I suggest doing a manual sync before removing the Charge 6 from the Fitbit app before removing it.
