Charge 6 ECG arrhythmia

Bought Charge 6 specifically for heart health.

 On the model I bought it says that it has these options. When I click on them, it says they’re not available on this model. The Help form says go to today. Look for gallery and download the app. When I go to today, there is no gallery nor are there apps to download please help.

Hi @AlHC. I hope you're doing well! Let me help you download the  ECG app on your Charge 6.

To access the gallery, follow the instructions below:

- With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab and then devices icon (the one up on the left that resembles a mobile next to a watch) and then your Charge 6.
- Tap Gallery and then Apps tab.
- Browse the ECG app and then Install.

I need some help. My voicemails were showing on my Fitbit Charge6 and still remained on my iphone to retrieve. Today, four VMs showed on Charge6 and are not on my iPhone nor in the call-in to VM. It seems the Charge6 is deleting my VM calls. Help?
