Charge 6 – ECG

The ECG app on my Charge 6 isn’t working. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the ECG app, I’ve restarted my Fitbit, I’ve enabled all permissions on the ECG app and it still is not working. When I open the ECG app on my Fitbit it tells me to open the iPhone app, and it does nothing. What do I need to do to fix this?
