Charge 6 GPS Problems

I got the Charge 6 when it first came out in 2023. I tried using GPS to track nordic skiing over the winter but that didn't work since I was in remote locations. However, recently, I've been running and cycling in suburban areas and am still having problems with the GPS disconnecting and even when it works, the distance is way off (I record on Strava with my phone as well) to the point where there's plus/minus 5 miles difference on a 20 mile ride. Anyone else having these problems?
