I wish to complain that my Charge 6 & Charge 5 Hook & Loop Band (Charcoal) - Small, purchased on June 14, 2024, fabric has began to separate from the underlying material. Is there a way to request a replacement band?
The original band's metal clasp must made my wrist break out in a rash so I need a fabric wrist band. Thanks!
