I have a Charge 6 that shows it is on Version 210.26. The current version for Charge 6s is 214.24. When I do the steps to update (Today tab, selecting device) there should be a pink Update button to select, but there isn't an Update button. How do I update to version 214.24?

From what I understand the updates roll out and not everyone gets them at the same time. I'd say the update will appear in the future.

Thanks. I figured after more than a month since release I should be able to update it. I'll wait a while longer.

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear you don't have a pink button to update.
Make sure your tracker is charged and then try these steps:

@strickersa Fitbit's Help page says it was updated on January 20, but I believe that date refers to the firmware update for affected Sense and Versa 3 battery issues. I learned about the Charge 6/Sense 2/Versa 4/Inspire 3 update from 9to5google on February 20.
Firmware update notices don't seem to appear here as quickly as they used to. Why do you think it has been available for a month?

I was going by the date of this Fitbit Help Article that includes the Charge 6 update to 214.24.

@strickersa I see what you mean. I didn't expand any device to see that the information is there. I still think it is a documentation error. It's not like Fitbit to release a firmware update for a month without some type of announcement. The Sense 2 and Versa 4 are getting this update. There are no user comments in either forum.

Some people already received it, so it's not a documentation error.
I'm still waiting to receive it. I live in Canada. Could it be the reason?

Hi @MarioSFitbit ,
March 24 and still no 214.24 update (no pink button) received for my Charge 6.
Could it be a problem with the app?

Hello @Hotbill and welcome to the Community. This update is still rolling out. This update is going to several devices. I haven't received it for my Sense 2. There is no country preference or user preference in an update release. A rollout is a rollout.
I think my documentation error comment was misleading. I wrote it as a more polite way to say there is a mistake on the page.
@MarioSFitbit What percentage of users have received the update? This rollout is slower than usual.

Hi @Hotbill ! Thank you for your messages. I'm glad to see you back in the forums.
I appreciate your question regarding the firmware update of your Charge 6. Furthermore, I understand your concern about this situation.
Could you please confirm the version number of your Fitbit device ?
In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > Devices > your device image. The firmware version number appears under your device's name.
On the Fitbit settings page, click your device in the Devices menu. The firmware version appears under your device's name.
On certain Fitbit devices, find the firmware version in the Settings app, About or Device Info.
For the rest of the people: We release updates to all customers in phases. If an update is available, but you don’t get it, check the app again later. We recommend plugging your Fitbit device into the charger before starting an update.
@LZeeW Thank you for your message. As moderators, we have no access to this information regarding the percentage of users who received the update.

How long are we expected to wait for this firmware update (214.24)? It seems that it's been out for a while now, but still no update indication on my device. I'm in Sydney, Australia.

Hi
Just a new user, so not sure if this has been answered or not.
I'm on the same version 210.26. I leave in Canada. I have seen that the new version 214.24 is out, I'm checking my app regularly, have done the restart from the website and still no update button.
I know it takes time for an update but this has been out now for months.
Thanks
