We purchased two Charge 6’s in December 2024/January 2025 and didn’t have issues for months. Now one will not sync with the app and the other will not charge at all despite trying all of the tips on this forum. I am so disappointed that I went back to an iPhone and had to get rid of my Galaxy watch for this hunk of junk. 😞 I just want the watch to work or at least get some money back.
