Charge 6 Not sending Text Message

I have followed every instruction listed and I still cannot receive text messages - either via vibrating or reflected.  I was up until two weeks ago so not sure what the problem is.  Although, interesting enough, I did get a Google Text when signing onto the forum to confirm it was me!

I appreciate your efforts while working on your Charge 6. To look into this matter, may I know the model of your phone?

Could you also confirm that the Sleep Mode and DND settings on your watch are turned off? I understand you've already tried some troubleshooting, but please double-check this help article to ensure all requirements have been met and every step has been completed.
