loss of syncing 48 hours ago

since then multiple attempts to add device 

same error message ‘try again’

Same with me on iOS 26.2.1.  Tried every step: turn bluetooth off/on, re-install app, 10 to 15 second button press.  None worked.  Now charging to 100% to see what happens.   I currently cannot connect Charge 6 to App though iPhone has it connected to Bluetooth.

I'm not sure if you’ve fixed the sync issue yet, but just in case, please confirm that you followed the steps listed in this help article  Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Yes my Charge is syncing again.  I did all the steps then after about 20 minutes it started syncing again. To reboot device I had physically unplug/plug charging cable three times as the button press didnt work.
