Charge 6 Not vibrating for notifications and no more "mirror phone notifications" option

I noticed earlier today that my charge 6 wasn't vibrating when I got a notification so I went to check my notification settings to make sure the vibration wasn't turned off or something. That's when I noticed the option in the Fitbit app that's normally under the device notification settings for "Mirror my phone's notifications" was no longer there. I definitely remember it being there a month or so ago when I first got the watch. Why has it suddenly disappeared and could it have anything to do with why my watch isn't vibrating anymore? As I did have this setting to mirror my phone active.

Same thing has happened to me! Just stopped vibrating, have reset both app and watch, to no avail, have all notifications turned on but it still does not respond. I too would like an answer to this!

I’m having the same issue. I’m not receiving any notifications, although everything is turned on.

Try restarting your Fitbit. After a week of trying everything else restarting it worked.

Make sure that "Share System Notifications" in the Iphone settings is on. Hope this helps.

I have tried, I believe every suggestion.  My charge 6 will not vibrate for text or calls.  It does vibrate to remind me to move every hour.  I have had the watch for about a week.  What else can I try?

For me there is an option "Always vibrate" -- I had to toggle that on. That finally did it for me. (I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it - then enabled that option.)

You need to leave your Fitbit app running in the background on your phone all the time.

Mine is brand new! Just got it yesterday. Charged it, set it up, everything is turned on and no vibration at all for alarms or notifications. Makes it kinda ineffective for me as I rely on my watch to wakecmecin the morning, and to receive notifications of texts etc at work!
