Charge 6 Notifications not received

I activated my Fitbit Charge 6 the beginning of April 2026, when I updated my new cell phone - Galaxy 26Ultra.  I am not getting text message notifications or call notifications.  I have updated the phone, Fitbit app etc.  I paired and unpaired several times.  Turned Bluetooth on and off also.  I do not get any notifications on my Fitbit..  Notifications are turned on in all places on cell phone.  Is this a problem with the Fitbit itself?  What can be done?

Hi @Dolphin228 ! It’s nice to see you around!

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 6  is not receiving notifications. I appreciate all the steps you have tried before contacting us.

Please confirm that all the requirements below are met on both your mobile device and the app:

  1. Are notifications enabled on your Charge 6? Swipe down on the watch face. Tap a setting to configure it. When you turn off a setting, the icon will appear dimmed with a line through it.
  2. Does your phone have Do Not Disturb disabled?
  3. Do you have your app allowed to run in the background?
  4. Please confirm that Power Saver is not enabled on your phone as this feature disables Bluetooth. Phone Settings / Battery / Power Saving Mode
  5. Make sure your phone receives notifications when it's locked. On your phone, tap Settings / Apps & Notifications / Notifications / Notifications on Lock Screen.
  6. To receive app notifications, make sure they're delivered to your phone. On your phone, tap Settings / Apps & Notifications / Notifications and look for Recently Sent.

Once you've verified the requirements, please take a look at the following article and try the troubleshooting steps. If you have an iPhone, you will find a section with tips to receive the notifications: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device
