This is mostly just an observation but since I have had my colonoscopy last week and an advanced adenoma (pre-cancerous) removed completely, my RHR has tanked. I googled this and apparently it's a thing... RHR is associated with having advanced adenomas. So, was my body just working extra hard to keep it in check?
I don't know how to post pics (do I need the app?) but day of colonoscopy it was 66 which is typical. Now it's 58! I work out most days and am healthy, but having a RHR in the 50s has been unheard of for me, female, age 46.

I'm a male older than you and my resting heart rate is usually in the mid 50s, last week it was 55-58.
You should consult a physician to get a checkup to verify that everything is ok.

@sikormi as for posting pics, you would want to tap on the photo icon. However, I believe this forum requires a few more than a single post pricier a user will see this option.
