Because Charge 6 (and probably every new tracker from now on) requires Google account.

What becomes on the app on my iPhone? I couldn't add the Charge 6 to it.

You should have an option to migrate your Fitbit account to Google in the app. Not sure what Charge 6 setup looks like before you do it because I migrated my account some time before purchasing Charge 6.

As mentioned, users with new Fitbit devices are now required to migrate to use a Google account in order to set up the new device.
It may be easiest to migrate your account to Google first, then open the Fitbit app to add your new Charge 6 to your account.
