Charge 6 Screen Tinted Green

Hello,

My Fitbit Charge 6 recently got this green hue-like banding across the entire face of the watch. The issue started last week while at work. I went to check my watch and it wouldn't turn on. Initially, I thought maybe it was because the battery was low, so I charged it and that was when it came back on it was entirely a vibrant neon green screen. The face of the watch returned after a factory reset, but I was left with this persistent green hue across the screen. I have tried additional resets, changing the clock face, letting it die and then charging it, and nothing has resolved the issue. It is still under warranty, but I wanted to try any troubleshooting suggestions first.

It looks like this is a device issue that is better handled by contacting Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call.

Depending on how long you've had your Charge 6, you might have some options under warranty if Support determines that your device is defective.
