Best AnswerThanks for getting back to me. We tried holding the charger 3 times 30 seconds apart. No green light it did vibrate but then it didn't make any sounds. We also tried changing the clock.

Best AnswerAbout a year ago, there was a rash of Charge 6 screens going dark. I gave up trying to revive mine.
Best Answercurious, did you get another fitbit? same model? different brand? Im having the same problem, with the additional issue it started freaking to jumping back and forth , battery charged 74% then 4% repeatedly.
