On Dec. 22, I "upgraded" from a Charge 5 to a Charge 6. Since the 22nd, I have not received my daily sleep score and whatever the "Readiness Score" is, has also remained blank. I have restarted the device, disconnected and reconnected it, etc., all without any change.
Does anyone have any tips or tricks?
