Charge 6 Sleep on watch

Brand new Charge 6 watch is not showing sleep data on the watch itself. It syncs with the phone just fine. The only fix i have found is to either restart the watch or force stop the app (android phone). It sounds like a syncing issue. Curious if anyone else has this issue?? I hate having to restart my watch or the app like that every day, you'd think it should just sync!

Hello @Maddybb99

I've seen other users report that they see their sleep data in the app after their device syncs, but they don't see their sleep data on the device itself.

As best as I can tell, this issue is on the Fitbit side, so there isn't any troubleshooting that we can recommend.

I believe the team is aware of this issue and has been working on fixing the problem. However, I haven't seen a timeline for a fix.

I scroll down, but I only get the following screens on my device.

I've tried un-pairing and re-pairing my device, I moved my data to Google even though I was trying desperately to not have to do that, but I still can't get my Sleep duration to appear on my actual Fitbit. It appears in the Fitbit app, but not the Fitbit itself.

Hello @BatSweatpants

Thank you for providing the pictures. It's one thing to not get a sleep score on the Charge 6, but it's something else when the sleep tile is missing on the device.

Did you have the sleep tile before?

It may be best to contact Support (<-- click link) about this issue. Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call.

I had it on a prior Fitbit.

@BatSweatpants but you have not had it in your Charge 6. We do not the option to add or remove the sleep tile. My thought would be to addCharge 6 to your Fitbit Account as a replacement device. IE: Do not remove before trying to add the Charge 6.

Choose add device, ignoring the warning, confirm that you want to continue. This should add the Charge 6 as it is a new device, but if it fails to add, your Charge 6 will not be removed.

If this fails, it is time to contact support

@Maddybb99 or you now working, if not please clarify your issue.
