Does not log sleep, or anything correctly. Did 11568 steps yesterday, Charge logged 4072. Wont log my sleep or anything. I just bought this in June 2024 and Walmart won't take back. I have had fitbit for years, but won't anymore. I have tried everything you can do and still does not work!!!!!!!!!!

Allow me to help you with the accuracy of your Charge 6.
I understand you've been a Fitbit user for quite a long time and you know how to use your sleep feature. However, i need you to refer to our help article How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? below the section " Troubleshooting sleep".
Regarding the issue you have with the step count, it may be related to mobiletrack. This feature uses the sensors of your mobile phone instead of the accelerometer of your Charge 6. Do you have mobiletrack setup in you mobile app ? If yes, i recommend to remove it so you allow only the charge 6 to count your stats and help the app to be more accurate.
