Charge 6 SpO2 and ECG not available in Egypt

I just bought a new fitbit charge 6 from amazon US , I am located in Egypt and i can not find SPO2 and ECG apps or Readings. Any Ideas ?

Hello @Mohamed_11 and welcome to the Community.  The ECG and SpO2 are both medically regulated features.  The needed approval from the US Food & Drug Administration to be available here.  They need arrival from the equivalent regulatory body in Egypt for release in your country.  It doesn't matter that you bought your Fitbit from Amazon US.  Your Fitbit's location is determined by your IP address.  Some users get around these limitations by using a VPN and masking their location.  I don't have any personal experience with that.
