I bought a Charge 6 and had no problems. It was linked to my Samsung phone.
My phone died several months ago, so I replaced it. I haven't been able to link to my new phone because when I try, it says the device is already linked to another device. I do not have the ability to unlink from my other phone. How do I make the transition?

Hi @BobberJ, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with the setup of your Charge 6. Thank you for the troubleshooting you have already tried.
In fact, you mobile is simply a resource to set your device to your account. Once your device is linked to your account, you should be able to sync your data to the new mobile by just logging into you Fitbit account on the new mobile.
This being said, it only takes putting the old device away or turning its Bluetooth off to succeed in this process.
If you still have trouble with this, please share a screenshot of the message you are receiving in order to better understand the source of the issue. I appreciate your time in this process.
