Charge 6 - Unresponsive screen

My charge 6 screen is blank & unresponsive when I plug it in the screen lights up blue but then Notting it’s vibrating when I push the side button.

I confirmed that you contacted support. I suggest you to follow the procedures with them, since they have more tools in order to find your options.

I’ve heard nothing from them yet my charge 6 won’t charge now I’ve tried updating it & it’s not working & ive tired pushing the button In intervals but nothing is working it’s still vibrating when I push the button though
