I have turned off most notifications but I keep getting a "walk detected" buzz. It happens every few minutes. How to I turn this one OFF?

Hello @vcrunk and welcome to the Community.  Your Charge 6 has a feature that will open the Exercise app for six different shortcuts: walk, run, bike, elliptical, rowing, and spinning.  Here's how to turn it off:

  • Swipe left/right on your Charge 6 screen to the Exercise app and open it
  • Select the Walk shortcut
  • Swipe up on the tiny ^" at the bottom of the screen and you will see the settings
  • Look for The Auto-start option and toggle it off

Repeat for any or all other shortcuts.

All I get is a long list of about 40 different exercise options. I do not
see an auto-start option anywhere in this.

If I swipe up on the walk option I see the tiny arrow like thing. I can
only touch on the MORE button.

@vcrunk   Tap on Walk to select it, then swipe to the Settings.
