I did the same thing and is facing the same problem of not being able to pair the charge 6 with my phone, which is a Motorola Edge 30 Pro.
I've even reinstalling the Fitbit app on my phone, cleared user data on the Charge 6, multiple restarts of my phone and the Charge 6 by using the button on the charging cable.
No dice.
Hopefully it gets resolve soon.

But it miraculously started to work...
Everything is working as it should. Could add my card back to wallet as well. All's well now.
Don't really know what's going on.

I saw a Moderator post confirming that they were doing maintenance yesterday (19 Apr 2024) which is why we all had issues with syncing. Hopefully, everything is back to normal for you.
@LouM313- Were you able to pair your Charge 6 with your phone yet?
