CHARGE 6 Am I the only one who has apps that don’t work? Every few hours I get a message on my phone saying ‘we were unable to install some apps, please try again’ It doesn’t say which apps but so far I have discovered that the ecg app, and the youtube music app don’t work. Yes I have tried everything! Things are up to date, I have uninstalled and reinstalled etc.
My phone fitbit app gives the option to ‘uninstall’ when I select the feature, which implies they are installed, but the fitbit says ‘cannot find phone’
It is VERY frustrating because it was an expensive piece of kit.
Is there any possibility that it could be because I live rurally with no phone signal? (I do have good wifi though)
I have posted before but no-one so far has come up with anything I haven’t tried. The fitbit chat bot was no help at all either. They told me to uninstall the fitbit app from my phone altogether and reinstall, but when that didn’t make a difference they admitted they didn’t know what else to do
