Wore my Fitbit charge 6 while surfing today and the band popped off and I lost it somewhere in the ocean! I am so bummed. I would have thought it would have stayed on my wrist since there is a surfing setting. I guess not. Those wrist bands really are defective.

Welcome to the forums, @Nickiduck.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, and I'm sorry about what happened to your Charge 6. I understand your point as the band should have stayed on after adjusting it correctly. Because this wasn't your case, I'd like to collect additional information from you to get you connected with our Support team. To do this, I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further. This form is only meant for you to use, so let me know once you’re done.
