My battery went to zero and it doesn’t seem to take a charge now. It’s been like 8 hours and nothing. Need advice. It’s only 4 months old. A charge 6.

Best AnswerI CONTACTED A REP AND MY BATTERY WAS DEAD IN THE WATER...WOULD NOT ACCEPT A CHARGE. MY CHARGER WORKED WITH MY HUSBANDS FITBIT SO IT WAS DEFINITELY THE DEVICE ITSELF. THEY ARE SENDING ME A REPLACEMENT ONE. SO ALL IS WELL.

Best AnswerI am done with my Charge 6. It is less than a year. Same problem, Now the battery won't get charged, no matter what I do. I bought it in Australia, but I am Indonesian. To claim a warranty is super complicated. I would never buy google products ever again.
