Charge 6 battery% not changing

I got a charge 6 a week ago and it was draining battery like normal, but 2 or 3 days ago I charged it up to 93% and the battery readout has been stuck at 93% for the last 48 hours at least. I highly doubt this thing hasn’t lost a single % of battery life in the last 2 days. Anyone else have any weird battery behavior like this with their charge 6? It’s been working fine but obviously I’d like an accurate battery readout haha

Hi, @sanchez3 , the app will only be able to detect battery % the last time your Fitbit synced and that is the most likely reason that the battery per cent in the app has not updated.

Of course, you can always check the battery per cent on the device itself.  However, I would recommend going to your app, clicking on the small icon top left (smartphone and watch) and on the next screen clicking on the Charge 6.  Scroll to the bottom of that page and click on “Sync now”.

For best results keep your Fitbit app open and running in the background and the Fitbit should automatically sync regularly and keep everything up to date.  That all, of course, depends on your being connected to internet (via cellular or Wi-Fi) and the Charge 6 being paired with your app via Bluetooth.
