Charge 6 black screen unable to update

my fitbit charge 6 screen went black and would not change, i check the internet and tried charging for 6 hours, tried rest with button on charge cable, tried app not communicating with fitbit, deleted and reinstalled the app, now no bluetooth connection but fitbit show fitbit logo tried to pair but wont pair, message on app "to sync reliably, let fibit link to your charge6" does not link, appshows update required but wont sync to load update. App shows firmware version 66.20001.210.26 says battery emoty, but i know battery is 100 percent. Help.

I suggest you try to do the following:

1. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
2. Restart your Charge 6 again. See How do I restart my Fitbit device?
3. Turn your phone off and back on.
4. Remove your Fitbit device from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your phone or tablet:
1. On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth.
2. Tap the information icon or gear icon next to the name of your Fitbit device.
3. Find the option to forget the device.
5. Try setting up your device again. How do I set up my Fitbit device?
6. Try to update your device again: Why can't I update my Fitbit device?

Hi I have tried all of the suggestions from Fatima, My fitbit charge 6 is still not operating, when I charge my fitbit it show a red circle with a white X inside, then when I press the button on the charge cable 3 times I get the fitbit logo on my fitbit charge 6. It does not want to pair with my phone, I have tried a new pairing closing bluetooth etc, the fitbit charge 6 now shows on my phone bluetooth as 68:64:4B:01:AC:FA, when I try to pair wtih my phone it just comes up with could a message "could not pair".
