Since yesterday my charge 6 screen is frozen and keeps rebooting.
I tried to reinstalling the app, restarting the phone, restarting Charge6.
Still not working.
I'm using version 20001.202.94
Is there a way to upgrade or reinstall the firmware?

That is definitely not normal behavior. Since you've tried the recommended troubleshooting steps, you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link). They will help determine if your device is defective and, if so, what your warranty options are.
