Charge 6 blank screen: changing clock doesn't fix it

Hello, community.

I posted earlier in the week that my Charge 6 appears to be tracking activity, but the display on the device is blank.  As recommended, I changed the clock face from the app, which caused the display to show the FitBit logo and the progress bar, however, when it finished, the display remains blank.  Pushing the button on the side of the device causes a hepatic vibration, but does not cause the display to turn on.

Suggestion, please!

Since you've already tried the recommended troubleshooting without success, the next step would be to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call.

Depending on how long you've owned your Charge 6, you might have options under warranty.
