My screen is blank on my Fitbit charge six. I tried to reset it and the screen is so blank. I know the watch is working so it’s cancelling my steps. I can’t make the screen work. Any ideas? Thanks

Thank you for providing the details regarding this difficulty with your Charge 6.
Please try to sync the device in the Fitbit app:
- From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon a the top-left corner.
- Tap the Charge 6.
- Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.
In addition, Restart the device as indicated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If restarting doesn't resolve the issue, change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
