Charge 6 - can't complete the update.

Hi, 

my Fitbit cant synchronize/up date  with the mobile. 
I can get messages, shows on my app - battery usage, counts steps..

bur have a wrong time, date on my watch. 
Still shows me that there is a update available and when I try it, cant be done. 
pls help, I already tried everything. Have the watch just for a year now
