Charge 6 charging issues

I got mu charge 6 on black Friday, I've had terrible charging issues since I got it. It's so hard to get it to charge and even when it does it randomly stops between 40%-49% and for the last couple of days the battery drained quickly I am unable to charge it to 100%

Please help

Sorry to see that you've been having charging issues since about Day 1. This is not normal behavior.

If none of the troubleshooting steps work, you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link). If they confirm that you have a defective device, they should let you know what are your options under warranty.
