I have 2 fitbit charge 6 one is 4 months old screen is black and white i reset watch yesterday and after screen is like in picture. Other fitbit was 11 months old i thought is my fault but now when I was searching for issues is factory fault. I was reseting many times whit charging cable but no changes. Can you solve the problem 🤔

Thanks for troubleshooting your Charge 6 with the steps that were shared on your post. I'd like to recommend that you try changing the clock face of the watch. You can find the instructions here.

Hi @EstuardoFitbit I did all posible optinion to reset, change screen, I fully charged watch yesterday but battery drain out for one day before it was 2 weeks. I got my previous fitbit witch I think I broke but no it was the similar issue I charged fully but screen is showing time but touch screen is not moving and not possible to do any think it's definitely system fault how can be possible whit two absolutely same watches one about 11 months ussig other 4 months is similar issues, I using fitbit for last 5 years but. And my fitbit died off system fault.

Hi @EstuardiFitbit, I charging and reseting my watch 3th day and screen is showing same, noting chaning our heppening only battery is draining in one day now, any other option for replacing our fixing.🤔
