So it started a few days ago when my Fitbit got down to 5% so I put it on the charger like normal, then I woke up and the Fitbit was dead. After that day I when I put it on the charger, it would turn on, show the charging screen at 0%, then die after a few minutes and wouldn't do anything until I reattached the charger.
I did all of the trouble shooting steps including buying 2 new chargers, it nothing except, after restarting it about 7 times, now it's staying on, but I charged it from 9:40 pm last night to 9:05 am this morning and it got a total of 5% charged. 2 days ago, I put it on the charger overnight knowing it would do anything and it got from 0% to 35%, and I took it off the charger and it died immediately, then put it back on and it was at 0%.
I don't know how this happened because it was charging and working just fine 4 days ago with nothing happening to it in between.
Any ideas how to fix this? I already started a warranty claim because I bought this May 17th last year.

Best AnswerI called support and they agree the battery is having issues and to wait on the warranty claim.
