Charge 6 flashed a green screen and quit

How do you get help? my 4 month old charge 6 flashed a green screen and quit. cust svc #8776234977 unresponsive, chat unavailable. I've cleaned, reset per directions this thing died. had the 2 year warranty so since fitbit is totally unresponsive guess I'll have to try them.

Any ideas?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Username631. I'm sorry to hear about your Charge 6 screen and will be glad to help here. Thanks for mentioning the steps that you have followed in order to fix this. 

Please try syncing your tracker in the Fitbit app:

i. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap i the devices icon at the top-left corner.

ii. Tap the device they want to sync.

iii. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

I,ve done this as with all the steps in the manual. This unit is dead.
finally got to a live person at fitbit after 7 days and 2 1/2 hrs this
morning have a new unit authorized. Waiting now for fitbit to send me the
instructions on returning this brick.
PLEASE PASS ON THE DIFFICULTIES IN CONTACTING A LIVE PERSON FOR ISSUES!
I mean really 7+ days!
