I feel cheated as my new Fitbit charge 6 does not read the number of floors climbed whereas my old charge 2 worked perfectly. Why was this facility taken away I am extremely disappointed as this was partly the reason for updating to a newer model.

As I understand it, the altimeter was removed in the Charge 5 and 6 to make room for the hardware needed to support the ECG function.

As others have said, I am terribly dissappointed that my versa 6 does not count floors. What's doubly maddening is that there is a "floors" space on the app! HELP with a workaround!

Without an altimeter, the only possible 'workaround' would be a GPS implementation to estimate floors, but that's not likely to happen anytime soon.

I agree, my Charge 5 broke so I needed a new health tracker. I debated between the Versa and Charge 6and went with the Charge 6 because of the better functionality. It makes no sense to eliminate functionality that was in a prior tool and subsequently make the newer device WORSE thab the older version. Very poor customer focus.

As I understand it, both the Charge 5 and Charge 6 don't have an altimeter, so what functionality did the Charge 5 have that is missing in the Charge 6?

Why did the Fitbit Charge 3 have floors climbed and the Fitbit Charge 6 doesn't have floors climbed? That's a terrible response by you and a sham by the company to remove the feature.
