My week old charge 6 has a problem where the screen is bright green and I can only just see the information. Chatted to support who tried some troubleshooting (syncing, restarting the device) but the problem remains.
I was told I have to return the device and wait at least 5 days for them to ship a replacement. Returning the device involves me paying to print a label, paying for packaging and paying for transport to my nearest DHL office. All told I'll be about a fiver out of pocket and without a device for a couple of weeks. Seems like I'd be better off just returning the device to Amazon for a full refund and buying a new one. Is that really the best they can do?

Hi @KTrigz if you purchased it from Amazon and are in the time frame to return it, that would probably be best for you. I'd check with Amazon and see what your options are.
