After a few months don’t charge 6 has stopped syncing. I’ve tried every troubleshooting tip I can find. What a piece of **ahem**. You make us but a subscription service for a device that quits working in six months. I’ll never buy a Fitbit again.

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 6 is not syncing. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts.
Could you please confirm if you can see the green lights on the back of your tracker?
When did that problem start ?

Best AnswerI've been using a Fitbit device for years. I haven't experienced any problems so far. But now the clock is not synchronizing for me either. It won't even let me log in to my account, I registered a new account with Google until the error is resolved. I'm sure the sync problem is temporary.

If you are experiencing the non synchronization issue, it's important to verify if the device was unpaired or not.
Please try to set up your devices as shown in the next article : Add or replace a Fitbit device on an existing account
Please note as well that you can't connect multiple devices that use the Fitbit Gallery to one account. Using multiple Fitbit devices on one account.
