Buying from an Authorized Retailer guarantees that you will get a new device that isn't counterfeit. Wellbeing Promotions isn't an Authorized Retailer. Your Authorized Retailers include Argos, Boots, Harrods, Selfridges, and more.
Your recourse is through the normal UK consumer protection laws.

I just received my fit bit charge 6 ordered from Google Store in a broken box with a broken seal too.
It looks as if someone had used it already.
How do I get a replacement and return shipping label for the bad one?
