Purchase received in unsealed box

purchased as a birthday gift a fit bit charge 6 from https://wellbeingpromo.com/myunidays-uk/

This is a birthday gift for my niece who is a student

I have received the item, the parcel was open, as was the box. The seal was broken. The serial number label on the box appears to have been peel off.  There is a watch in the box but I am now uncertain about the guarantee etc.,

no contact info on the despatch documents. 

The contact links on the site don’t work and say test site

Hello @Brookschris and welcome to the Community.  I'm very sorry, but you don't have any recourse with Fitbit.  Fitbit has relationships with Authorized Retailers.  Buying from an Authorized Retailer guarantees that you will get a new device that isn't counterfeit.   Wellbeing Promotions isn't an Authorized Retailer.  Your Authorized Retailers include Argos, Boots, Harrods, Selfridges, and more.

Your recourse is through the normal UK consumer protection laws.

I just received my fit bit charge 6 ordered from Google Store in a broken box with a broken seal too.

It looks as if someone had used it already.

How do I get a replacement and return shipping label for the bad one?
