Charge 6 has stopped syncing

After a few months don’t charge 6 has stopped syncing. I’ve tried every troubleshooting tip I can find. What a piece of **ahem**. You make us but a subscription service for a device that quits working in six months. I’ll never buy a Fitbit again.

These things happen. If you haven't tried it yet, I would begin with turning the Bluetooth on your phone off and back on, restarting your phone and the Fitbit device.

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 6 is not syncing. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts. 
Could you please confirm if you can see the green lights on the back of your tracker? 
When did that problem start ?

I've been using a Fitbit device for years. I haven't experienced any problems so far. But now the clock is not synchronizing for me either. It won't even let me log in to my account, I registered a new account with Google until the error is resolved. I'm sure the sync problem is temporary.

Started about two weeks ago ago? Certain items were syncing others not. Actually inconsistency was noted in steps for entire time.

I appreciate your message and troubleshooting efforts !
If you are experiencing the non synchronization issue, it's important to verify if the device was unpaired or not.
Please try to set up your devices as shown in the next article : Add or replace a Fitbit device on an existing account
Please note as well that you can't connect multiple devices that use the Fitbit Gallery to one account. Using multiple Fitbit devices on one account.

I didn't notice an error before, counting from my letter, I noticed 1-2
days earlier that it didn't synchronize the daily sleep.
I didn't know they were shutting down the Fitbit servers, I just found out
about it.
I'm in the middle of Europe, small market, little information.
I think my last few years of data are going in the trash..
I haven't transferred the data to the Google server and I'm afraid that it
won't be possible later either.
Too bad, but I loved it.

This problem is not a user management problem.
I can't access my old fitbit account, I don't receive the pw reminder email
either, so I can't access it due to a server-side event.
I created an account on the google server with the same email address and
everything works fine. I only regret the old data, it would have been nice
to save it..
You could have received an e-mail notification about the deadline for this
transition / migration operation.
I didn't know that access to the fitbit server would be terminated.
