Charge 6 hasn't synced in 6 days

Newer Charge 6 hasn't synced in 6 days. Tried turning phone off, tried turning off BT, it just won't do it. Any good ideas? Thanks, DKLI

I've had the same problem a couple of times. I solved it by closing the FB app on my phone and reinstalling. Worked both times. A pain in the neck, but it only takes a few minutes. No data lost.
