If your Fitbit device is not registering your pulse properly, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. **Ensure Proper Fit**: Make sure your Fitbit device is worn snugly on your wrist and positioned correctly according to Fitbit's guidelines. A loose or improperly positioned device may not accurately measure your pulse.

2. **Clean the Sensor**: Clean the sensor area on the back of your Fitbit device regularly, as dirt, sweat, or debris can interfere with pulse readings. Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the sensor area.

3. **Restart Your Device**: Restart your Fitbit device by turning it off and then back on again. This can help resolve minor software glitches that may be affecting pulse readings.

4. **Update Firmware**: Ensure that your Fitbit device's firmware is up to date. Check for any available firmware updates in the Fitbit app and install them if necessary.

5. **Check Battery Level**: Low battery levels can sometimes affect the accuracy of pulse readings. Make sure your Fitbit device has sufficient battery charge.

6. **Contact Support**: If the issue persists despite trying these steps, consider contacting Fitbit customer support for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting tips or arrange for a replacement device if necessary.

By following these steps, you can potentially resolve the issue of your Fitbit device not registering your pulse accurately.

Hello @Mimmamamim

If you've confirmed that you have Heart rate tracking enabled on your Charge 6 but it's still not registering your heart rate, there might be an issue with the heart rate sensor. You can check by placing your finger across the back of your Charge 6, then lift your finger. If you see a green light, then your heart rate sensor is on. If you don't see a green light, you could have a defective device and should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link).
