I have a Fitbit charge 6. And I cannot seem to figure out how to fix my time zone. I live in New Brunswick Canada. I made it so it sets my time automatically and it shows I’m in the time zone Etc/UTC(GMT). It shows the correct time on my watch however every single night when it tracks my sleep it shows my sleep timeline wrong. The amount of time I slept is correct but the time I went to bed and woke up is way off. I’ve already tried to restart my Fitbit, update my Fitbit, and delete/ redownload the app. Any suggestions??.

By any chance, do you use a VPN? I've seen users report that they have an issue with their activities not showing the correct times due to their VPN. When they turn off VPN, their activity times are tracked according to their local time.

Hi @cindyleb95! Thanks for your reply.
If you have already tried all the previous steps, please try searching the list of countries for one that shares your time zone. If the problem persists my best suggestion is that you contact technical support directly, as they have more tools to provide you with the appropriate follow-up.
