My charge 6 isn’t charging for the past 2 weeks.. the charger is fine and I even bought a new charger to test. I tried restarting it from the button on the cable(as its discharged), still didn’t work. Power supply is fine and I have even cleaned it and there is no dust or debris on the cable or the Fitbit itself.. pls suggest what to do or help me contact fitbit customer support to get further steps on repair
